What you will be doing:
- Handle a diverse caseload of construction law matters including contract disputes construction defects bid protests and other related issues.
- Conduct legal research draft legal documents and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Represent clients in negotiations mediations arbitrations and courtroom proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
- Stay abreast of legal developments and industry trends in construction law.
Experience you will need:
- Juris Doctor (J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
- 15 years of experience.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload independently.
