This is a remote position.

We are a national network of experienced highlevel attorneys and paralegals who provide remote ondemand support for both shortterm and longterm legal projects for our client law firms.
Due to increased demand we are now searching for a qualified experienced and dedicated bankruptcy paralegal with strong experience in Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. Remote work hours will range from 10 20 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
*Prepare and file Chapter 13 bankruptcy petitions schedules and related documents
*Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and documents
*Perform means testing and analyze financial documents
*Assist with drafting and filing motions objections and other court documents
*Manage deadlines and maintain case calendars
*Monitor court dockets and communicate with trustees and court personnel
*Provide general support to the attorney throughout the case lifecycle
