Your Role
We are hiring a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a remote position that offers an exciting opportunity to contribute your creative skills to various design projects focused on social media graphics marketing videos and promotional content.
- Design engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms marketing campaigns and internal communications.
- Create animated graphics and video content to support digital marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing software and communications teams to bring creative concepts to life.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and print materials.
- Organize and manage digital assets for future use in campaigns presentations and social media posts.
- Maintain a strong understanding of the company s brand and creative direction.
- Present creative concepts and iterate designs based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Ensure all design work aligns with company goals and resonates with our global audience.
Working Schedule:
This role has a working schedule of 12 AM 9 AM PH time to align with our teams working hours in the PST zone.
Requirements
- 15 years of experience in graphic design with a focus on digital content and social media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
- Experience with animated graphics and video content creation.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and technical abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and communicate design ideas clearly.
- Excellent timemanagement skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fastpaced remote work environment.
- Familiarity with social media design standards and video optimization for various platforms.
- Bonus: Experience with motion graphics or video editing software like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.
Benefits
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. 3-5 years experience in software implementation, configuration, or integration roles. Proficient understanding of software development methodologies, system architecture, and database concepts. Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and documentation. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex requirements. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
