A global semiconductor foundry is seeking a highly experienced and resultsdriven Sales Director or Senior Director to lead business development efforts across the U.S. market. This role focuses on expanding partnerships and managing strategic accounts within the semiconductor foundry services sector. The ideal candidate will bring deep industry knowledge and a strong track record of working with fabless semiconductor companies IDMs and specialty foundry technologies such as BCD RF Analog/MixedSignal CMOS and more.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute growth strategies for assigned key accounts and territories.
- Manage and grow revenue by meeting sales targets design wins and tapeout goals.
- Lead quoting processes revenue forecasting and product allocation planning.
- Coordinate with internal teams to manage factory capacity and customer demand forecasts.
- Partner with technical sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and align technology roadmaps.
- Respond to RFQs by developing wellstructured business proposals and driving internal alignment for approvals.
- Participate in crossfunctional meetings covering operations technology and account management.
- Lead highlevel negotiations and establish longterm agreements with executivelevel stakeholders.
- Build deep relationships with procurement and business leaders across client organizations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to establish and track KPIs for account health and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business Engineering or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in semiconductor sales or business development preferably within the foundry ecosystem.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor process technologies and customer engagement strategy.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be located in or willing to relocate to the San Jose/Silicon Valley area.
- Willingness to travel up to 10 domestically and internationally.
- Bilingual in English and Korean or Mandarin
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering or Materials Science.
- Existing network within fabless semiconductor companies or IDM organizations.
- Working knowledge of wafer fabrication technologies such as logic analog RF MEMS or power semiconductors.
