Job Description
Take ownership of an exciting customer reconnection initiative for a respected Adelaidebased home services provider. In this role you ll engage with an established customer base primarily 45 homeowners to introduce an innovative service maintenance program. Using a consultative approach you ll help customers protect their valuable heating and cooling investments while building lasting relationships. This position offers the perfect blend of customer service and sales where your success directly contributes to the company s growth. Working with a modern tech stack including Service Titan you ll have the tools needed to excel in this customerfocused role.
Responsibilities
- Connect with existing customers to verify and update contact information while maintaining a friendly professional demeanor
- Present innovative maintenance service packages designed to provide yearround comfort solutions
- Process service agreements and payments through the Service Titan platform
- Achieve daily outreach targets while maintaining highquality customer interactions
- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate database records
- Develop and maintain a calling strategy to maximize customer contact rates
- Present seasonal maintenance offers aligned with heating and cooling needs
- Participate in regular performance reviews and strategy sessions
- Contribute to the refinement of calling scripts and customer approach methods
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound calling to Australian customers particularly in servicerelated industries
- Excellent English communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport with mature demographics
- Experience with consultative selling approaches and customer service excellence
- Proficiency with CRM systems with Service Titan experience being advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to handle payment processing and maintain data security
- Professional phone manner with patience and active listening skills
- Track record of meeting performance targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
