Job Description
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist
Location: Infopark Kakkanad Kochi
Salary: INR 500000 per annum
Qualification: Degree Mandatory
Shift: 4:00 PM to 1:00 AM (IST)
Weekly Off: Saturday and Sunday
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)
- Create responsive email templates with HTML and CSS
- Optimize deliverability through testing and performance tracking
- Use basic SQL for audience segmentation and personalization
- Implement automation via Journey Builder and Automation Studio
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement and results
- Develop interactive CloudPages
- Collaborate on SFMC integrations with other platforms
- Stay updated on SFMC features and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist or similar role.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud including Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
- Strong understanding of HTML CSS and responsive email design principles.
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for audience segmentation.
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies and email optimization techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
