About the Role
We are seeking talented Senior Business Analysts to join our team in developing an advanced datadriven Collections platform. We are looking for analytical and solutionoriented professionals who excel at leveraging data to optimize collections processes and strategic initiatives. This role requires proficiency in both technical and business domains.
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large datasets to understand retail borrower engagement and payment behaviors. Provide insights on the effectiveness of current collection strategies and recommend improvements.
Conduct A/B testing on collection strategies with welldefined metrics. Analyze results and report the impact of various strategies on these metrics.
Develop and maintain dashboards using visualization tools like AWS QuickSight or Apache Superset to present findings to clients.
Articulate clear requirements to the Data Engineering team for the creation of necessary data pipelines for dashboards and analysis.
Collaborate with the Data Science team to understand recommended campaign strategies and provide feedback based on analysis results for core model improvements.
Conduct weekly and monthly business reviews with clients offering meaningful insights on strategy outcomes and recommending action plans for the upcoming cycle.
Influence clients to adopt and experiment with new strategies by demonstrating potential benefits building trust and presenting compelling evidencebased arguments.
Willing to travel to client locations (pan India) whenever necessary.
Required Skills
Technical Skills
Proficient in Python programming for data manipulation transformation and analysis.
Basic understanding of Machine Learning and Reinforcement Learning algorithms and A/B testing frameworks.
Strong skills in SQL and experience with data visualization using various tools.
Solid foundation in statistics.
Working knowledge on AWS services is a plus.
Domain Skills (a plus but not mandatory)
Experience in debt collections or credit lending business.
Knowledge of marketing campaigns including Digital and TeleCalling.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in Data Science Statistics Mathematics Computer Science or a related field is required.
2 years of experience in a clientfacing Business Analyst or Data Analyst role.
Experience in the financial sector or collections management is a bonus.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Engineering or related technical field Experience working on Start-up Product(B2B,B2C,Saas Space) Experience managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 3-5 years of experience with any of these skills Developer,QA, Product or any technical stream of SDLC) Experience in managing projects using project management software such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
