Tasks & Responsibilities
Area of responsibility
You will own the performance marketing campaigns for healthcare clients using AIdriven workflows to increase automation and efficiency. You are responsible for setup optimisation and reporting of campaigns as well as integrating campaign data into clientfacing communication in collaboration with account managers.
Main tasks
- Build and manage paid search and paid social campaigns
- Develop and implement AIdriven workflows for campaign and analysis
- Collaborate with account managers to integrate campaign results into client communications
- Constantly optimise campaigns with minimal manual touchpoints
- Support the evolution toward fully automated lowtouch campaign delivery
A typical day in job:
Start the day reviewing dashboards and performance insights across Google and Meta campaigns. Dive into your AIpowered workflows to finetune automations test new prompts and improve outcomes. Sync with account managers to align on client updates and campaign plans. You might spend part of the day codeveloping AIdriven features with the product team or brainstorming ways to make client feedback loops smarter and more automated. Its a balance between running live campaigns shaping future tools and making sure clients are in the loop without needing a hundred manual steps.
Expectations first 3 months:
- Set up a minimal AIpowered performance marketing workflow
- Launch and optimise at least one search and one social campaign using this flow
- Establish automated client reporting and feedback loops
- Take ownership of a few active client accounts and manage campaign performance end to end
Required Skills
Mandatory Professional Experience:
- Running and optimising performance marketing campaigns
- Working with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
- Experience using automation or AI in marketing
- Working crossfunctionally with client/account teams
Must Have Skills:
- Strong Google & Meta Ads
- Comfortable with AI tools and prompt writing
- Datadriven mindset confident using analytics to make decisions
- Selfstarter with ownership mentality
