Role Summary
Bowties mission is to make insurance good again and our vision is to build a categorydefining health insurance company.

We are looking for interns to join us throughout the year as a Bowtie intern you will be treated and work like the rest of the team (no fetching coffee duties) and gain experience in substantive marketing or growth projects.

About the Role
We are seeking an SEO & Content Intern to join our dynamic team. Your mission is to help us create innovative content that resonates with our audience while integrating effective SEO practices. You will collaborate closely with our content team to generate fresh ideas conduct market analysis and contribute to our content roadmap. You will play a key role in ensuring our voice stands out in the competitive insurance landscape leveraging SEO strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
What You Will Learn:
- Content Strategy: Gain a deep understanding of developing comprehensive content strategies from market research to editorial with a focus on SEO integration.
- AI Tools: Master cuttingedge AI tools and technologies for efficient content creation learning how to leverage artificial intelligence to enhance productivity and creativity while maintaining quality.
- SEO Expertise: Learn from some of Hong Kongs top SEO professionals mastering the complexities of effective SEO strategies and their application in content creation.
- Financial Acumen: Enhance your decisionmaking skills and financial literacy empowering you to make informed choices that can save you money.
Key Responsibilities:
- Blog Updates and Optimization: Optimize existing blog posts by integrating relevant keywords enhancing readability and improving multimedia usage (images videos) to boost user engagement and search rankings.
- CMS Management: Ensure all content is properly structured with appropriate tags and categories maintaining a consistent style and format across the site.
- Data Analysis: Analyze website performance using GA4 and Google Search Console to track key metrics monitor keyword performance and provide datadriven insights for content optimization.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with the content team to brainstorm create and optimize new blog posts and articles designed to attract organic traffic.
- Keyword Monitoring: Support the tracking of keyword performance using tools like Google Search Console and SEMrush to assess ranking changes and identify opportunities for content updates.
Internship Duration:
- Fulltime: 36 months
- Parttime: 3 days per week 36 months
About you
- Academic Background: While not a must you might be pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a field like Marketing Communications Creative Media or similar.
- Interest in Content Marketing & SEO: Youre intrigued by the world of content marketing and SEO eager to learn and grow in these areas.
- Writing Skills: You have strong Chinese writing skills and if youre also good at English writing thats a bonus!
- Data Skills: Familiarity with Google Sheets for data organization and analysis as well as knowledge of Looker Studio is a plus.
- Communication & Collaboration: Youre a clear communicator who can work independently and as part of a team.
