Basic Function
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior CX Project Manager with a focus on Conversational AI projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning coordinating and overseeing the of Conversational AI solutions that align with our business goals and customer experience (CX) strategy. This role requires a combination of strong project management expertise technical understanding and a customerfocused mindset to ensure the successful delivery of AIpowered projects. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams manage key stakeholders and ensure that all project activities are aligned with business objectives delivered on time and within scope.
Job Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple highimpact CX projects simultaneously ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards.
Develop detailed project plans including scope objectives resources schedules and risk management strategies.
Coordinate and collaborate with internal teams clients and external stakeholders to define project goals deliverables and requirements.
Track project performance using appropriate project management tools and methodologies to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
Identify potential risks and issues proactively addressing and mitigating them to ensure project success.
Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders providing regular updates and reporting on progress risks and issues.
Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals while maintaining financial control.
Provide leadership mentorship and guidance to junior project managers and team members fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Conduct project reviews to analyze project success and areas for improvement documenting lessons learned for future projects.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies standards and best practices in project management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in business Engineering Information Technology or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is highly preferred.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Black belt/ Green belt would be preferred
15 years of overall experience 7 years in project management with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or management role.
Proven experience managing largescale complex projects across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies tools (e.g. MS Project Jira Asana) and frameworks (e.g. Agile Waterfall).
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to identify issues and find solutions quickly.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to thrive in a teamoriented collaborative environment and manage crossfunctional teams effectively.
Primary External Interactions
Clients/Customers:Engage with clients to understand business requirements provide project updates gather feedback and ensure the final solution meets expectations.
ThirdParty Vendors/Partners:Coordinate with external vendors providing tools platforms or services essential to the AI solution; manage contracts timelines and deliverables.
Subject Matter Experts (SMEs):Collaborate with industry or domain experts to gather specialized knowledge that informs the AI project and enhances conversation quality.
End Users:Gather feedback from end users to understand their experience and refine the conversational AI solution accordingly.
Compliance Teams:Ensure that the AI solutions comply with relevant regulations standards and data privacy laws.
