We are seeking a Junior HR Business Partner to join our dynamic HR team.
This role will support the HR function in driving strategic initiatives improving employee engagement and helping to align HR processes with business goals. The HR Specialist will work closely with senior HR leaders and various business units to provide HR support and guidance. This is a great opportunity for an individual early in their HR career to develop and grow professionally in a fastpaced and collaborative environment.
This position partners with managers associates and Human Resources Business Partners to deliver core HR services. Ensures an optimal management of HR processes and associate experience with a focus on people and culture.
Implements strategic initiatives and other enterprisewide initiatives and HR programs to support Alcon associates including compensation performance employee relations and engagement culture and talent development initiatives.
Is a role model of Alcons values & behaviors.
This role requires close coordination with remote managers and the ability to work in shifts as needed.

Ideal Background
Education (minimum/desirable):
MBA in HR or Equivalent
Languages:
English
Experience/Professional requirement:
least 23 years of work experience in Human Resources having worked as an HRBP in a Global Capability Center (GCC) is preferred
Specific Professional Competencies: Indicate any other soft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements
The ability to fluently read write understand and communicate in English.
Flexible to work in shifts
