Key Responsibilities:

• Architect and model advanced spacecraft wireless and remote sensing systems in partnership with software and hardware engineers.
• Lead multidisciplinary design and analysis projects delivering new products that meet both performance and business needs within the Scaled Agile Framework.
• Develop detailed system and subsystemlevel requirements and design comprehensive test plans to ensure optimal performance.
• Author highquality organized documentation including system requirements specifications and verification plans.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for groundbased and onorbit operations.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with thirdparty customers and vendors globally.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in a relevant engineering field.
• 12 years of aerospace engineering experience with a strong focus on LEO space systems.
• Proven expertise in software/hardware integration and system architectures.
• Strong track record of developing and managing space system requirements.
• Proficiency in Agile development practices and a talent for mentoring junior engineers.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in engineering.
• 15 years of aerospace experience and 5 years in project management.
• Experience across the full product lifecycle and involvement in sales processes.
• Familiarity with highperformance payloads and softwaredefined wireless systems.
• Expertise in modelbased systems engineering (MBSE) and Jama requirements management.
