Job Description
FullTime Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City

Interim HealthCare of Oklahoma City is seeking a detailoriented and organizedAccounting Clerk / Bookkeeperto support our mission of delivering exceptional home health services. In this role you will play a vital part in ensuring our financial processes are accurate timely and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain cash flow sheets to track daily and monthly financial movements
- Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between bank statements and internal records
- Maintain the general ledger ensuring all transactions are properly recorded and categorized
- Process accounts payable (A/P) transactions using Sage ensuring timely and accurate vendor payments
- Assist with payroll processing including entering employee hours and verifying deductions
- Support monthend and yearend closing procedures
- Generate financial reports as needed
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
- Assist with payroll as needed
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications:
- Experience with Sage or other accounting software
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in bank reconciliation general ledger maintenance and accounts payable processing
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative attitude
- Prior experience in healthcare accounting is a plus but not required
