We have urgent opening for leading automobile Engineering
Position: SQA Officer
Location: Hosur Karnataka
JD:
Conduct regular supplier system audits as per plan in order to detect and eliminate conditions causing adverse impact on supplier PPM COPQ
Ensure PPM COPQ and Incidents targets are timely met
Ensure compliance to all statutory regulatory and customer related quality requirements at the supplier end
Conduct Pilot Test Runs at the supplier end and ensure development of parts in line with program timing and also better the compatibility of critical parts
Collaborate with Receiving Quality to identify operational gaps with suppliers and work with the suppliers to close those gaps
Improving identifying Critical suppliers and conduct upgradation activities as per defind road map to meet QCD targets
Raise customer complaints to the supplier and coordinate with the them to improve their responsiveness to complaints.
Conduct Timely supplier audit coordinate with the supplier to improve the audit quality (DOL)
Assist in Improving cost saving by conducting Production Test Report (PTR) and Production Part Approval Process (PPAP)
Ensure timely and proper documentation of all the audits reports complaints and trials provide the Lead / Head SQA with the same whenever required
