We are currently on the lookout to find funloving enthusiastic individuals to join our Greeter Team!

As a parttime Team Merlin Greeter you will be the first point of contact for our restaurant guests. You will handle the organization and guest flow of the front of house host stations as well as assist with setup and tear down of guestfacing areas. You will deliver the highest possible standards of guest service presentation and product knowledge. You will ensure that our guests are receiving optimal fun by connecting with them in a magical fun and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

• Adopts an enthusiastic assertive and passionate approach to Guest Service and demonstrates the Merlin Values at every opportunity.
• Greets and acts as the first contact with restaurant and bar guests.
• Assists guests with seating and smooth operations of the host stand.
• Helps develop and lead revenue generating initiatives and programs in conjunction with leadership team.
• Must understand and meet all guest expectations and be able to effectively communication and provide services to guests in a friendly efficient and courteous manner.
• Assists in setup of daily work assignments and sections.
• Must possess indepth knowledge of the restaurant menu product list and preparation procedures.
• Responsibility to ensure compliance of Health Safety & Security within the workplace including COVID19 policies practices and regulations.

About You

• Experience within a fullservice restaurant environment preferred; cashhandling experience beneficial.
• Fun dynamic and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication listening and motivational skills.
• Hospitable nature with a desire to give service of the highest possible level.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Selfmotivated able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including days nights weekends holidays and special events.
• Ability to stand and walk for prolonged hours and interact with guests and employees in a fastpaced multitask environment in variable temperatures and weather conditions.
• Must be able to pass a Food Handler and Alcohol Awareness Exam within 30days of employment.
