Anticipated Start Date:June 2nd 2025

Estimated Pay: $15.00/hour

Schedule: Monday through Friday; 2 hours per day (Flexible Hours) Remote work starts in the Summer Hybrid work continues into Fall

Location: Career Center 401 Academy St/Hybrid

About the Division of Student Life:

The 11 units comprising the Division of Student Life support all UD students as they develop personally educationally and professionally. Students find that the development we facilitate and the communities we foster fill the abundant space between the classroom and life to complete their University of Delaware experience.

In partnership with students parents and families faculty staff and alumni the Division provides thousands of unique opportunities for all UD students to discover their identities and passions; manage their physical mental and emotional wellbeing; and learn to engage with the many diverse communities to which they belong as they prepare for a lifetime of growth and excellence.

About The EGG:

This student position will be a member of the Project coordinator team in The Egg Student Lifes Student Creative Agencya professionally advised student multimedia and design group and premier professional development and experiential learning program centered around creativity. We work on projects for Student Life departments and in support of student groups. For more information visit The Egg Website.

About the position:

This position begins Spring 2024. Preferred candidates are firstyears or sophomores. however we will still consider juniors and rising seniors for this position.

This student employee will receive an hourly wage of $13.25 disbursed bimonthly for the spring semester 15weeks) and fall semester 15weeks). Opportunities to work during the summer and winter semesters may be offered but are not required. There is a minimum of 4 hours per week consisting of 23 hours of remote work for independent or group assignments and a mandatory 30 min weekly team meeting. If the student cannot attend this meeting that time must be made up at an agreeable time and date promoting team collaboration. Students may not exceed 30 hours per week and at times may be asked to work more than the minimum time to complete projects.

Students have access to The Egg equipment and are provided a personal license for the Adobe Creative Cloud software suite and other relevant software as required by their role as part of The Egg Program.

Requirements:

A strong interest in Project Management as a career is preferred but not required. A student currently enrolled in a program with a focus on Management would be a good candidate for this position.
