Pay Rate $20.00 $22.50 per hour

Bishops Commons an Enriched Housing Program inOswego County is hiring a parttime Case Manager. The ideal candidate will have Masters degree in Social Work or a Bachelors degree with major work in human services or service delivery and 1year of fulltime experience in the provision of services to a frail adult population. An Associates degree with major work in human service delivery and 3years full time experience with a frail adult population can be considered.
