If so this is the position for you!

We are looking for anAnalytics Manager Audience Engagement who will lead our efforts to analyze and transform data from our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to support the needs of our marketing membership and philanthropy teams. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop dashboards and standard reports that answer common business questions while advising and delivering on ad hoc data requests. You will support efforts to develop data literacy across the organization while leading a team of two data professionals.

Work Schedule:This is a fulltime hybrid position (onsite work requirement as agreed with direct supervisor).

Essential duties:

Data Analytics

  • Builds and delivers standard reports and dashboards on key audience performance metrics (visitor member donor).
  • Translates business questions to data questions using data primarily from our CRM platform to conduct analysis and deliver actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Creates impactful presentations delivering wellorganized and concise analyses to senior leadership.
  • Collaborates crossfunctionally to establish and maintain highquality consistent data practices across the organization.
  • Utilizes tools including but not limited to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Microsoft Excel Microsoft Office Suite and Qlik data visualization software.

Leadership & Supervision

  • Responsible for hiring supervising and developing staff communicates job expectations and ongoing training and feedback to ensure professional development and success.
  • Evaluates performance to ensure division standards and objectives are met.
  • Actively champion Diversity Equity Access and Inclusion (DEAI) efforts and participates in Museumwide events.


Minimum qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or comparable equivalent experience required.
  • 3 years of experience in data analysis visualization and reporting required.
  • 2 years of experience supervising professional staff required.
  • 2 years of experience utilizing a CRM or customer database required.
  • Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite required.
  • The Museum loves science. As a science institution the Museum believes in the science behind vaccines.
