Job Description
Responsibilities
- Oversee IT infrastructure systems networking and cybersecurity across all regions.
- Manage enterprise applications (e.g. ERP CRM collaboration tools) and ensure seamless integration and uptime.
- Ensure robust data security policies and disaster recovery procedures are in place.
- Collaborate with legal finance and compliance to ensure data privacy (GDPR SOC 2 etc. and regulatory compliance.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies that improve performance efficiency and scalability.
- Lead vendor negotiations and IT procurement to optimize cost and service quality.
- Track manage and report on IT budgets KPIs and project timelines.
- Oversee global inventory management of IT assets ensuring accurate tracking documentation and reporting.
- Lead the evaluation selection and deployment of enduser devices and hardware configurations that optimize performance and user experience.
- Implement a scalable asset management system to support onboarding/offboarding remote device tracking and compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or related field (Masters preferred).
- 8 years of progressive IT experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems infrastructure cloud services (AWS/GCP) and security best practices.
- Excellent leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Certifications such as CISSP CISM ITIL or PMP are a plus.
