Our client is a luxurious group of gastropubs and one of their charming countryside retreats recently refurbished and offering rooms is seeking an Assistant Manager to help oversee the smooth daytoday operations of the establishment.
Youll be wondering whats in it for you as the Assistant Manager
- 30000 per annum plus 7000 service charge
- Working 45 hours per week
- Working for a group with a fantastic reputation
Responsibilities as the Assistant Manager
- Working closely alongside the Manager to ensure an unforgettable guest experience
- Going above and beyond to meet and exceed guest expectations
- Building positive relationships with both the team and guests
- Encouraging excellence and ensuring the team delivers the ultimate guest experience
