Product and Sales Specialist Polestar
The Trafford Centre Manchester
Permanent full time
Hours: 42.5 hours per week. Shifts are 8:505:30 9:306:30 & 12:459:15. Sunday hours 10:156:15 will do a mixture of two early shifts one mid shift and two late shifts. We are available to be flexible dependant on business needs.

Lookers Manchester Polestar based at the Trafford Shopping centre are recruiting for an ambitiousProduct and Sales Specialistto join our hardworking and friendly team on site. You will work alongside our passionate team to provide Lookers customers a first class customer service experience.

The training is so well thought out with our personal training platforms interactive webinars and our buddy system that a person with absolutely no car knowledge can transition easily into the role.
In this role you will have the exciting opportunity to gain some extra skills and experience out with the core role. You may be given the chance to be involved with Marketing and Events our Business Development team or our used vehicle programme. The ideal candidate will have keen interest in at least one of these areas we are looking to speak to people with a background in Sales and Customer Service for this role. Drivers licence is a must for this role
Responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers in a friendly and polite manner via email telephone and in person
- Working with your team to ensure all sales targets and KPIs are met
- As a Polestar Sales Specialist you will act as a brand ambassador providing a truly immersive educational and thrilling experience to our customers.
- It will be your mission to ensure that every one of our customers leaves our space with unforgettable memories.
- Arranging and accompanying customers on test drives
- Completing mandatory paperwork and processes as required
- Become a true ambassador of the sales process driving forwards all enquiry leads whilst building a rapport with the customer to convert appointments into sales and ensuring all leads are maximised
Qualifications :
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills a dedication to flawless customer service and will be passionate about the motor trade industry. Having lots of enthusiasm drive and motivation is key to consistently achieve fantastic results.
You will dazzle our customers with your passion for the brand and indepth knowledge of our range of vehicles guiding them through the specifications.
You will need to hold a full UK driving license as you may be expected to drive some of the most prestigious cars on the market!
