WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Employee Relations (ER) Manager conducts impartial workplace investigations into certain policies and provides recommendations (in partnership with Human Resources) to business leaders based on investigation outcomes to maintain compliance with Company policies practices and values. The candidate must be a selfstarter detail oriented and demonstrate strong leadership behaviors including instilling trust and selfawareness. Additionally the candidate must be a subject matter expert in workplace investigations and have strong influencing skills with employees at all levels of the organization. The individual(s) selected for the Employee Relations Manager position must communicate effectively be collaborative remain calm under pressure have demonstrable experience in Employee Relations and Investigations.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
As a member of the Employee Relations Team you will conduct complicated high risk workplace investigations provide recommendations based on investigation outcomes (in partnership with Human Resources) conduct training on Employee Relations policies/processes and work on projects specific to the growth of the Employee Relations team. Other duties as assigned
WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH
You will work with members of the ER team on a daytoday basis and employees at all levels of the organization to include Human Resources partners business leaders Compliance or COE partners (such as Legal Security Talent Acquisition and Diversity & Inclusion). You will report to a Sr. Employee Relations Manager.
