Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with their orders ensuring excellent customer service.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash transactions accurately.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to menu specifications.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the food preparation and serving areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Requirements
- Proven experience in food service particularly in quick service and fast food environments
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on cash handling and register operation
- Knowledge of food handling and sanitation practices
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Square
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transactions
