Under the direction of the Director of Distribution manage the operation of the distribution centre in LAmetlla del Valles Spain. They are responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the reception storage and shipping of goods and at the same time maintain a rigorous and accurate inventory control. Responsible for overall warehouse efficiency expense control and all objectives including training motivation of personnel and personnel development programmes. Full P&L accountability. Multiattribute distribution Dangerous Goods and NonDangerous Goods. This person will also be responsible for supporting sales team and customer service in ES operational issues initiations and actions.

Must possess substantial hands on managerial experience in physical distribution and/or transportation with exposure to complex team management issues.

Minimum Qualifications:
A Degree in Materials Management Supply Chain / Logistics Business Administration engineering or a related area or equivalent.
Good level in all Microsoft applications (Word PowerPoint Excel Access Visio).
Good user level and detailed knowledge of WMS and WMS configuration.
Strong history with proven process reengineering and operational improvement. PPI / Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing training desired.
Nonnegotiable aptitudes skills and knowledge:
Willing to do any type of task: from warehousing ground floor jobs to high management tasks.
Must be able to effectively communicate with varying levels internal and external to the company.
Ability to interact in a team environment with a customerfocused approach and interest in continuously improving service for both internal and external customers.
Must possess strong analytical problemsolving skills and the ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way. Ability to apply principles of logic to define problems collect data establish facts and draw conclusions.
Must have strong proven history successfully leading change management initiatives.
Results oriented metrics driven leader with a root cause permanent fix approach continuous improvement approach.
Projects management proven history of successful projects meeting financial and time constraints.
Optional aptitudes skills and knowledge:
Demonstrable understanding and experience in the application of HR policies & procedures
