Job Description
Successful candidates will receiveBethel School Districts $3000 Special Education Hiring Incentive!
Educators must be fully and appropriately licensed by Teacher Standards and Practices Commission (TSPC) to be eligible for this incentive. Restricted license holders will not be eligible.
- $1000 bonus after 30 days of work
- $500 in December paycheck
- $500 in March paycheck
- $1000 in June at the conclusion of the school year
Bethel School District is seeking appropriately licensed candidates for a Two 1.0 FTE Social Communication Classroom (SCC) Special Education Teacher for the 202526 school year. Current open positions are:
- 1.0 FTE Elementary SCC Teacher at MeadowView School
- 1.0 FTE Middle School SCC Teacher at Prairie Mountain School
Candidates who are licensed or will have the ability to be licensed byOregon Teacher Standards and Practices Commission are encouraged to apply.

Selection Factors

Minimum qualifications:
- Possess an Oregon Teaching License valid for assignment by start of the school year
- Ability to implement Culturally Proficient skills and strategies
- Successfully pass fingerprinting criminal Oregon Department of Education and TSPC background checks
