Job Description
- Lead all operations and team members in a growing $17m branch.
- Have full P&L responsibility for the branch.
- Support and guide Account and Production Managers.
- Drive and develop new contract and enhancement sales processes.
- Grow a collaborative and accountable team environment.
- Develop branch staff through providing learning and coaching opportunities.
- Strengthen and build relationships with clients and the community.
- 3 years relevant experience leading multiple teams at a branch level in a similar industry.
- Proven experience motivating mentoring and developing highperforming teams.
- Capacity to make critical judgments solve problems and demonstrate careful attention to detail.
- Determination to exceed the goals of position department and company by working independently and as an effective team leader.
- Experience managing sales and estimation processes (job costing proposals etc.
- Exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship building skills.
