Role Description:
Youll be responsible for (Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with operational SACWIS/CCWIS developers to maintain data alignment between systems and the data warehouse.
- Design implement and manage ETL processes for data extraction transformation and loading.
- Build and maintain data warehouse applications including dashboards reports and data visualizations.
- Support enduser and developer training and provide ongoing technical support.
- Work directly with agency requestors to understand data needs and build custom solutions.
- Assist federal reporting teams with optimizing database queries and ensuring data accuracy.
- 3 years of experience with Teradata Cloud (v17.20 preferred)
- 3 years of experience with Business Objects XI and/or Power BI
- 3 years performing ETL processes
- Bachelors Degree
- Federal reporting background (e.g. NYTD AFCARS NCANDS)
- Experience working in a public sector or state government environment
- Data Warehouse Platform: Teradata Cloud 17.20
- Reporting Tools: Business Objects XI 4.2 SP4 (on Windows 2012 Power BI
- ETL & BI: Data warehousebased applications dashboards reporting visualizations
- Platform: Shared cloud platform with other State of Michigan departments
Youll have (Qualification & Experience):
- Bachelors Degree in related field is required.
