You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking an experienced Centre Manager to lead one of Scentre Groups largest assets Westfield Fountain Gate. This is a senior leadership position within our Centre team focused on driving success through a customerfirst approach. The role is integral to our vision of bringing more people to the centre encouraging them to visit more often and stay longer.
As the Centre Manager you will report to the Regional Manager Centre Experience VIC and will be responsible for delivering exceptional operational service and commercial results for the centre. You will lead a team dedicated to engaging with customers retailers and the community using feedback from customer listening tools to shape and guide the centres strategy.
To excel in this role you will need previous experience in managing shopping centres or large venues with a proven track record of driving both operational excellence and strong commercial outcomes. You will be responsible for overseeing daytoday operations while ensuring the team is motivated empowered and focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences.
