Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated NonClinical Statistician with a strong statistical background and a passion for data analysis to support our pharmaceutical research and development activities. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SAS and R programming experience in applying statistical methodologies to nonclinical studies and a good understanding of ICH guidelines and CDISC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide statistical consultancy and expertise in the design analysis and interpretation of nonclinical studies ensuring the application of robust statistical methodologies throughout the research process
  • Ensure all statistical analyses comply with regulatory standards and guidelines pertinent to nonclinical research.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
  • Develop and validate statistical models to support drug development and research projects.
  • Work closely with crossfunctional teams including biologists chemists and pharmacologists to provide statistical insights and guidance.
  • Develop and maintain SAS and R scripts for data analysis and reporting.
  • Communicate complex statistical concepts clearly to nonstatistical stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Masters or PhD in Statistics or related field
  • Proficiency in SAS and R programming for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent problemsolving analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and in crossfunctional teams.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ICH guidelines CDISC and regulatory standards.
  • Experience with assay development and validation.
  • Knowledge of experimental design methodologies (DoE).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (SAS Viya R Shiny).
  • Previous experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical environment.
