You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailJob Objective: Theobjective for the Assembly Technician is to accurately and efficientlyconstruct assemblies that are compliant to CMC customers specifications andrequirements.
CMC Expectations of aSuccessful Assembly Technician:
Construct/put together assemblies in accordancewith blueprint/drawing specifications.
Collaborate with laborers and other employeesneeded to complete assemblies on schedule.
Identify any fault in relation to any material orequipment and then notify Production Supervisor and/or Project Management.
Consistently and accurately clock in and outrecord total quantity and s of production work orders using the MieTrakkiosk.
Touch up painting Use of power and pneumatictools.
Other duties that may arise as assigned.
Follow and support CMC safety requirements suchas wearing the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Ready to work from the start of the shift untilthe end.
Follow all company policies for example QualitySafety Employee Manual.
Skills of an AssemblyTechnician:
Math Skills: Good math skills will help an AssemblyTechnician understand complex instructions how plans work and make sure itemsare designed and built correctly.
Problem Solving Skills: AnAssembly Technician will need to understand CMC capabilities and lookfor solutions and alternatives that meet the customers needs.
Attention to Detail: Producingquality parts is up to each employee but ultimately falls on managers. It isessential that an Assembly Technician verifies each assembly to thecustomers specifications and requirements.
Mechanical and Technical Skills: Forcomplicated assemblies it takes mechanical and technical knowledge toaccurately and efficiently put out an end product that will pass qualityinspections.
Analytical Skills: AssemblyTechnicians need to read and understand blueprints drawings models and other specifications.
