The Role:
Advise on a broad range of complex highvalue finance matters with a particular focus on leveraged and acquisition finance
Work with private equity sponsors financial institutions and real estate investors on UK and crossborder transactions
Support senior team members in business development initiatives and the growth of the financial services practice
Collaborate across departments including tax funds and corporate for multidisciplinary deals
The Person:
Qualified solicitor with 4 years PQE and strong experience in leveraged finance
Previous experience in a wellregarded City US or international firm
Confident managing client relationships and taking on responsibility in transactions
Teamoriented with excellent communication and drafting skills
