This position requires duties to be done in both English and Russian. This position may receive a 5 differential pay based on passing the required language test.

Summary of Duties

As a Family Coach (Human Service Case Manager) you will:

Must have a valid drivers license and acceptable driving record. For individuals needing an ADA accommodation to meet this requirement you will need to be able to provide alternate method of transportation.

Candidates must clearly demonstrate meeting the minimum qualifications (What you need to qualify) in their submitted resume or application. Essential Attributes

We are looking for candidates with:

1Experience supporting families with case management tools and resources. Experience working with individuals that find it challenging to express themselves verbally.

2Experience creating and maintaining written documentation of activities concerning individual client cases.

3Experience with case management and assessing customers strengths & service needs.

4Capacity to communicate establish boundaries and set realistic goals/milestones.

5Experience explaining complex rules regulations processes and procedures both verbally and in written communications while demonstrating respect preserving dignity and a passion to serve the public.
