Our client is a fastgrowing forwardthinking trading firm specialising in physical commodities and market intelligence. They work at the intersection of global supply chains and datadriven insight helping their clients make strategic decisions with confidence with their forward thinking SaaS platform.
Theyre looking for a driven and energetic Germanspeaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their highperforming commercial team. Youll be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities in the DACH region and beyond acting as the first point of contact for potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively prospect and engage Germanspeaking leads through outbound calls emails LinkedIn and other channels.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads.
- Work closely with the sales and trading teams to schedule meetings and demos.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Consistently exceed activity and pipeline generation targets.
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent in German and English (level C1 minimum).
- 9 18 months experience years of experience in a B2B sales or SDR role (commodities finance or SaaS experience a plus).
- Strong communication skills with a confident and persuasive approach.
- Selfstarter mentality with a track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Comfortable working remotely or in a hybrid setting.
- Motivated by performance growth and uncapped earning potential.
