We are seeking an Experienced Junior Consultant to join our Finance & GBS team of talented professionals. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our consulting projects working closely with senior consultants and clients to drive successful outcomes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth learning and career development within our organization.
Your key responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Collaborate with senior consultants to engage with clients understand their needs and establish strong client relationships.
- Data Analysis: Collect analyze and interpret data to identify trends insights and opportunities for improvement. Develop datadriven recommendations for clients.
- Research: Conduct research on industry trends best practices and competitors to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
- Report Generation: Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports presentations and documents to clients effectively communicating findings and recommendations.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and management of consulting projects ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Problem Solving: Contribute to problemsolving sessions brainstorming and creative thinking to address client challenges effectively.
- Client Workshops: Facilitate workshops and meetings with clients to gather information share findings and collaborate on solutions.
- Continuous Learning: Stay uptodate with industry trends tools and methodologies to enhance consulting skills and knowledge.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams within the organization to leverage expertise and deliver holistic solutions.

To qualify for the role you must have
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. business economics management etc..
- 2 years of experience in a consulting role or related field.
- Proficiency in English any additional languages are a plus.
- Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint Excel Outlook Word).
