Conveyancer Wendover up to 50000pa

Based in Wendover this is a superb opportunity for either a Licensed Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor or a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join an outstanding team in the heart of Buckinghamshire.

This wellestablished solicitors has been assisting clients for over 40 years and prides themselves on providing a approachable friendly and supportive service to their clients.

What you will do

• Responsibility for managing a full varied caseload
• Handling the sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold properties new build transactions remortgages right to buy and help to buy schemes from inception to completion
• Always protect client interests whilst taking precautions against potential fraud and money laundering
• Obtain and check land registry documents and title deeds
• Draft legal documents including contracts and HM Land Registry documents
• Ensuring all files comply with the company policies and the regulatory framework including CLA SRA and solicitor account rules

What you will have

• Experience in Residential Conveyancing (all levels considered)
• Able to Title Check unaided
• Experience seeing a case through from inception to completion
• Experience of using a legal case management systems
• Able to go out into the locality and generate new business
