Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and clientfocused Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of personal insurance accounts and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and providing personalized insurance advice.
- Manage a portfolio of personal insurance accounts ensuring that clients needs are met and policies are up to date.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes process endorsements and negotiate terms to best serve clients needs.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and crosssell insurance products to existing clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations.
- Assist in the resolution of client complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaborate with team members and management to optimize client satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager in the insurance industry preferably within personal lines.
- Strong understanding of personal insurance products and coverages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in industryspecific software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and building longlasting client relationships.
- A teamoriented mindset and a proactive approach to problemsolving.
