Job Description
What Your Day Will Look Like:
We are currently is looking for a Resident Engineer to support the growth of our construction management group. If you join our team you will oversee a team of internal and external staff including other construction managers inspectors and documentation specialists.
Salary Range: $100000 to $180000
What Youll Do:
- Lead construction services teams on transportation (bridge highway roadway) and utility infrastructure projects
- Coordinate with internal staff as well as subconsultant team members
- Act as main point of contact for both clients and contractors during construction phase
- Assume responsibility for overseeing and documenting quality of construction
- Manage internal project budgets and schedules
- Manage construction project budgets and schedules
- Perform daily construction and contract management duties
- Must be able to flourish in a team dynamic
- Excel at communicate with both clients and contractors
- Must possess valid drivers license in good standing
What Youll Need:
- 10 years in construction management inspection
- Experience with Caltrans construction projects
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
