Spring 25 New Graduate RN Atrium Health Cleveland and Kings Mountain.
Are you a nursing student about to complete your RN education program or a recent graduate with less than six months of clinical experience as a Registered Nurse If so we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking fulltime New Grad RNs for our Residency at Atrium Health Cleveland and Atrium Health Kings Mountain. Atrium Health Cleveland located in Shelby NC is a 241bed hospital serving the greater Cleveland County NC and the surrounding region. Provides inpatient services for ICU Progressive Care Med Surg Clinical Decision and Women Services/Pediatrics/Nursery
Emergency Department to provide Level III Trauma services for the surrounding community

Provides Inpatient Services for Med Surg Progressive Care and Behavioral Health

Job Summary
The RN Clinical Nurse I provides professional nursing care through skillful assessment diagnosis outcomes identification planning implementation and evaluation in accordance with facility or department policies procedures and/or protocols under the supervision of the nursing leader. Assists in maintaining a safe work environment and performs all related job responsibilities safely. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must perform various physical tasks communicate effectively maintain senses and dexterity demonstrate critical thinking and quick response and pass a Physical Abilities Test.
Education: Graduate from a School of Nursing with a preference for a BSN degree.
Licensure: Must hold a valid RN license in the state of work/residence or if declaring a National License Compact (NLC) state as your primary state of residency meet the licensure requirements in your home state; or for NonNational License Compact states current RN license or temporary license as a Registered Nurse Petitioner required in the state where the RN works.
