Position Description:
Are you a talented problemsolver an innovative ideamaker and a highenergy professional We are on the lookout for a highly skilled Genesys Cloud Architect who thrives on designing and implementing cuttingedge Genesys Cloud contact center solutions.
Location: Montreal or Toronto (hybrid work model)
Bilingual: French and English highly preferred
Security Clearance: Federal level Reliability Clearance required
Your future duties and responsibilities:
As Genesys Cloud Architect you will play a pivotal role in designing building and deploying secure scalable and reliable cloudbased contact center solutions on the Genesys Cloud platform.
You will be responsible for the entire cloud architecture lifecycle from infrastructure provisioning and configuration to integration with thirdparty applications and ongoing optimization.
Design and implement cloudbased contact center solutions using Genesys Cloud platform.
Configure and manage Genesys Cloud infrastructure including virtual machines networks and storage.
Integrate Genesys Cloud with CRM ERP and other enterprise applications.
Develop and maintain automation scripts for infrastructure provisioning and management.
Monitor and troubleshoot Genesys Cloud performance and availability.
Stay up to date on the latest Genesys Cloud features and best practices.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field
5 years of experience in cloud architecture or engineering
Ability to obtain government of Canada Reliability clearance
Experience with Genesys Cloud platform
Experience with AWS Azure or GCP preferred.
Strong understanding of networking concepts and security principles
Experience with Genesys PureConnect / engage platform is a plus.
Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills
Bilingual in English/French is an asset.
