- Ensure each guest receives stellar customer service and is welcomed into the store and greeted with our trademarked opening lines
- Interact with guests throughout the store by asking and answering questions making suggestions guiding them through the various sections and products in the store and uses for products and accessories
- Package and stock merchandise as necessary; notify management of low inventory levels
- Maintain solid accurate and current product knowledge to adequately promote the product by reading applicable publications/training materials and attending necessary training activities
- Comply with operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation of the store
- Help maintain store appearance by contributing towards daily chores and side work
Preferred Skills
- Proven customer focus with stellar customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to utilize simple math skills in measuring ingredients reading a scale and following recipes making change
