We are currently recruiting on behalf of a forwardthinking regional health service located just under an hour from Adelaide. This wellestablished service is seeking experienced and motivated General Practitioner with skills in Obstetrics to join their dynamic and closeknit team in a permanent capacity (flexible hours available).
The Role
In this dualscope position youll provide integrated care to antenatal and postnatal patients within a supportive multidisciplinary maternity team. Your clinical responsibilities will include:
- Managing maternity inpatients in collaboration with midwifery staff
- Providing antenatal care and attending deliveries that require medical input
- Engaging in quality and safety initiatives
- Participating in local health committees and service improvement projects
Youll be working in a wellequipped rural health setting offering modern facilities a collegial environment and a strong connection to the surrounding community.
Who Were Looking For
Youre a dedicated General Practitioner with a passion for rural medicine and womens health. You bring:
- Fellowship with RACGP and/or ACRRM
- Advanced GP Obstetric skills with a successful RANZCOG Advanced Diploma or equivalent
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a teambased model of care
- A strong commitment to clinical excellence and community health
