We are seeking a proactive organized and detailoriented Senior Administrative Coordinator to provide highquality administrative support to multiple Senior Directors and Vice Presidents. This role operates within a shared support model offering taskdriven efficient administrative assistance across a range of leaders and teams.

The Senior Administrative Coordinator plays a vital role in keeping daily operations moving smoothly ensuring that leaders can focus on strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide calendar management meeting scheduling and coordination for multiple leaders across teams
  • Arrange domestic and international travel including itineraries and logistics
  • Process and track expense reports invoices and related documentation
  • Assist with meeting logistics including agendas materials notetaking and followups
  • Support basic site administrative functions as needed (e.g. space planning coordination supply ordering visitor logistics)
  • Maintain document organization and version control across shared systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and partner EAs
  • Work collaboratively within a centralized support model under the guidance of a Senior EA

Basic Qualifications:

  • 57 years of experience in an administrative coordinator or office support role
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint) and/or Google Workspace
  • Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Customerservice mindset with a proactive flexible approach to shifting priorities
  • Ability to earn trust maintain positive and professional relationships and contribute to a culture of inclusion
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder) or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • College degree
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders or working in a shared services model
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms and expense management systems (e.g. Concur Navan) and
  • Experience with international travel including travel booking sites and protocols
  • Experience in a fastpaced highly technical or operationsfocused environment
  • Interest in aerospace technology or missiondriven organizations
