Wereexcited to recruit for this role at Golding and appoint a Risk and Assurance Advisor to join our Governance and Compliance department.
What youll be doing
As part of our team you will play a crucial role in developing and managing assurance frameworks and internal controls identifying any gaps or weaknesses and recommending corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
This role involves monitoring operational processes identifying areas for improvement and supporting the reporting of governance and compliance metrics ensuring alignment between compliance findings and strategic performance objectives.
You will support the Data Protection Officer (DPO) in ensuring GDPR compliance and adhering to other datarelated regulations.
More about you. What can you bring
Were looking for someone with experience in internal auditing risk management or compliance within a regulated environment preferably in the housing or public sector.
Youll have a strong understanding of quality assurance frameworks internal controls and compliance processes and be proactive in identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies and risks.
Detailoriented with a strong focus on accuracy and process compliance youll have the ability to identify trends and issues from data & reports and be able to liaise effectively with senior leadership internal teams and external auditors.
Knowledge of governance risk management and regulatory compliance is desirable.
When and where youll be doing it
You will enjoy a 37hour working week and earn an annual salary of 41100 per annum dependent upon your knowledge skills and experience.
