At Aperia we rely on a dynamic team of growth leaders. Were seeking a Proposal & Capture Manager to support our growing Government Defense & Security (GDS) team. In this role you will champion the development and delivery of major proposals focused on staff augmentation partnering with stakeholders across Aperias GDS business lines and functional teams including growth/business development legal finance engineering program management and executive leadership to win new business. The GDS team will depend on your project management content generation and competing priority management skills.
This role must be filled by a qualified candidate who can expertly navigate a dynamic growth environment craft compelling technical narratives on cuttingedge capabilities build and implement pricing strategies and collaborate with both internal and external (partner) stakeholders.
