RN After Hours Assisted Living

Are you an experienced MinnesotaRegistered Nurse (RN) living in Minnesotalooking to support RN Directors of Health Services in Assisted Living Senior Communities by working in a remote parttimerole Are you knowledgeable about the processes and regulations for Minnesota Assisted Living sites If you live in Minnesota and if you answered yes we want you on our AfterHours RNteam at Cassia! In this RN After Hoursrole your primary job is triaging calls from clinical staff for emergency situations.

You must have Director of Health Services experience or Assisted Living experience to be considered for these roles.

This is aremote oncallrole that requires working every other weekend on a rotating block schedule alternating between day and night shifts. Example of block schedule: one weekend working 7:00 pm to 7:00 am and the next time working 7:00 am to 7:00pm.

Hours: 7:00 am to 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm to 7:00 am

Starting Pay:$36 / hour

There may be opportunities to pick up additional shifts or increase your hours if any changes occur within the After Hours RN team.

In this role you will be required to become licensed in IA ND FL and CO too and get a TB gold blood test. Cassia will pay for these expenses and give you a cellphone laptop monitor mouse and keyboard to use.

Registered Nurse (RN) skills and requirements:

• Must have a current Minnesota RNlicense and be in good standing.
• Ability to come to the Edina MN corporate office for 1 dayof training and an annual March meeting and 15 days of training at a Cassia site near you based on experience.
• Prior RN experience required; must be comfortable with resident careprocessesin AL setting and/or longterm care.
• Must have Assisted Living experience.
• Director of Health Services experience preferred but not required.
• Be responsive and knowledgeableto earn trust from Assisted Living staff residents and families.
• Must have strong communication organizational and critical thinking skills.
• Have experience with electronic medical recordspossess a high comfort level learning new technology programs possess excellent internet connection
• Selfstarter with a desire to be a part of our RN Triage team that delivers the continuity of care during afterhours.
