The Engagement team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM) in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy sell or recycle electronics devices.
As a CRM apprentice (Customer Experience) you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on adhoc campaigns on all markets we operate: France USA UK Spain Germany and Japan. CRM is responsible for delivering the right message to the right person at the right moment through different channels like emails push notifications and inapps.
