The Engagement team aims to create a personalised & trusted relationship with users through their customer journey by curating tailored experiences and guiding them with relevant content across our owned channels (Merch & CRM) in order to boost engagement and become the destination to buy sell or recycle electronics devices.
As a CRM apprentice (Customer Experience) you will support the CRM efforts with a focus on adhoc campaigns on all markets we operate: France USA UK Spain Germany and Japan. CRM is responsible for delivering the right message to the right person at the right moment through different channels like emails push notifications and inapps.
Your Mission (If You Accept It):
- Support the creation of the CRM animation plan in accordance with the objectives for the markets.
- Support the campaign creation effort in our CRM tool Braze working closely with our brand managers and copywriters.
- Help to implement campaigns on various CRM channels (email push notifications inapp).
- Analyze our campaigns results and provide recommendations to the team.
- Support the evolution of our transversal projects (lifecycle email optimizations).
Youre At The Right Place If:
- Looking for a 12month apprenticeship starting in September or October 2025
- English is a nobrainer (fully professional capability). If youre extra cool and speak Spanish or German bonus points for you!
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- You are creative you have an experimentation and testing mindset
- You can work independently and take initiative in projects
- You have a previous experience in marketing a big plus if it was in CRM
- If you have basic html knowledge and youve already used a CRM campaign management tool: big plus!
About the Apprenticeship:
- Starting date is from September / October 2025.
- Duration: 12 months ideally.
- Location: Paris France.
- You must be enrolled in a workstudy program (formation en alternance) with a French school.
Recruitment Process:
- Videocall Interview with the Talent Acquisition Specialist 30min)
- Technical test (home assignment)
- Videocall Interview with Emma the direct manager and Senior CRM Manager and Marine our Senior Lead Customer Experience 1hour)
