Front Desk Agent
Park Place Hotel Traverse City MI
Join the team at Park Place Hotel as a Front Desk Agent where hospitality meets history. As the face of our hotel youll be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience from checkin to checkout.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests with checkin and checkout.
- Provide personalized service and accommodate guest needs.
- Handle reservations phone inquiries and special requests.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities services and local attractions.
- Process payments and ensure accurate billing.
- Address guest concerns and provide immediate solutions.
- Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance for room status updates.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
- Prior hotel or customer service experience is a plus.
- Must be available for various shifts including evenings weekends and holidays.
