Job Description
Job Title: Social Worker Adult Social Care Direct Wakefield
Location: Wakefield
Pay Rate: 35/per hour
Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker for our esteem client your role will involve triaging these referrals providing urgent responses offering advice and information and signposting. You will be responsible for triaging requests for social care assessments and safeguarding referrals.
Requirements for the role:
- Triage new referrals including social care assessments and safeguarding providing urgent responses advice and signposting.
- Attend multiagency meetings and lead new initiatives and team developments.
- Utilise specialist qualifications (BIA AMHP Practice Educator or ASYE Assessor) to support best practice.
- Communicate effectively over the phone handling varied fastpaced and crisis intervention work.
- Perform noncaseholding duties focusing on shortterm assessments and rapid decisionmaking.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have Social Work England registration be eligible to work in the UK hold a qualification in Social Work at degree level and have postqualified experience.
