**Position Overview:**
As an EntryLevel IT Support Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our companys technological infrastructure. You will work closely with our team to provide technical assistance troubleshoot issues and maintain hardware and software systems. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about technology problemsolving and delivering excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities:**
Provide firstline technical support to employees experiencing hardware software or network issues via phone email or inperson.
Diagnose and resolve technical problems with desktops laptops printers mobile devices and other peripherals.
Install configure and maintain software applications and operating systems.
Set up and troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN WAN and VPN configurations.
Assist in the deployment and maintenance of IT infrastructure including servers routers switches and firewalls.
Collaborate with senior staff to identify and implement process improvements and best practices.
Document support activities solutions and configurations for future reference.
Participate in IT projects such as system upgrades migrations and new technology implementations.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
**Qualifications:**
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
Basic understanding of computer hardware operating systems (Windows macOS Linux) and software applications.
Familiarity with networking concepts protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
