About the Role
The Production Associate is a key player in transforming design concepts into final products. From assisting with production schedules to liaising with suppliers your role is all about making sure everything runs smoothly on time and with the quality that defines our brand. This is an exciting opportunity for a detailoriented individual who thrives in a fastpaced environment and wants to make a tangible impact in the fashion industry.
Production Support: Lead the endtoend critical path ensuring quality and timelines are met.
Vendor Management: Maintain strong relationships with vendors tracking orders coordinating shipments and resolving issues to ensure ontime deliveries..
Sample Management: Oversee the tracking organization and distribution of samples and prototypes supporting the design and production teams in reviews
Quality Control: Work hand in hand with you QA teams on samples throughout the production process to ensure our products meet our brands high standards resolve issues preemptive manage agenda be solutionoriented
Data Management: Update critical path order status reports and inventory databases to keep all teams informed and aligned.
Cost Management: Support in tracking and negotiating seasonal costing
Monthly Replenishment: Support in managing and tracking the monthly replenishment process to ensure annual KPIs are met
CrossTeam Collaboration: Work closely with design merchandising and logistics teams to keep production on track and aligned with our creative vision.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in fashion merchandising business or related field
Prior experience in fashion production or a related field is preferred but were open to those eager to learn and grow
13 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment
A genuine passion for fashion and a keen eye for detail
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly Excel with the ability to learn new tools quickly
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment while managing multiple deadlines

The final compensation will be determined by various factors such as relevant work experience education certifications skills and geographic location.
